Lacked ambiance, poor choice of food & drink no prosecco or pink gin. Poor value for money compared to Bristol & Birmingham. Needs to improve. Staff were lovely.

Not a bad lounge, large spacious and quiet.Good selections of beverages soft and alcoholic.Wi-fi is excellent and service outstanding.Did not get 5 stars as missing many favourite lounge extras such as hot food, sleeping pods, shower etc.
No hot food is served. It's not the most atmospheric lounge. Pretty basic really.
Cardiff executive lounge very clean nice place to relax but could do with more choice of food as do not provide hot food only snacks only downside you have to go outside the lounge for the toilets
