Awful company. They ruined our UK holiday. The rental agreement states that you will be charged 75 pounds if the vehicle is returned "excessively dirty". We were charged because the front carpet needed vacuuming. The agent said that the vehicle must be returned clean enough to be rented to another customer straight away or we will be charged. We were also charged 200 pounds for a tire even though the dash light was already on when we picked up the car. We were not familiar with that system, and the tire pressure did not change for the many weeks we had the car but they claimed that it was losing pressure. Completely false.Finally, we were charged for insurance even though the website specifically states that only residents of the USA (which we are not) are rented out vehicles without insurance. None of our complaints made any difference and when we escalated the complaints to the district manager, he never even responded.They are a horrible company. You will really regret giving them your credit card number.
Awful. Complete rip off. How is this company alowed to trade. All those positive reviews are generated by staff. I heard them discussing posting as 5 star review. Took almost an hour to get the car. They refused to collect me from airport. It was a long walk to their dump of a shack/office. They were just plain rude. Again. As many have stated before. They wanted almost 200 for insurance. Then they accused me of damaging the car. Complete fabrication. Luckly i took photos of before and after and they tried to show me phots of a DIFFERENT car. NO NOT rent from them.
My wife and I are in our sixties. We arrived at the airport to be told that our car had been rented out due to an administrative error (not ours, by the way). They would not pick us up (traffic too bad, they said), and suggested we walk to their shack. Not far they said. The person I spoke to (Jamie) can't have been too bright, because it was about 1/2km, dragging 3 bags and crossing a very busy road in the dark. We could have another car, they said, but it would cost more than twice as much. We argued with them for about an hour. They were rude, uncaring, and unhelpful, Jamie in particular. I will NEVER use them again, no matter what the price. Actually, I don't think they will be there this time next year, the service was so bad.
Highly recommended car rental.. Great service, good car, and reasonable price. Having been renting cars a lot lately, I was very impressed with Easirent in Cardiff. From pick up to drop off, staff were patient, helpful, and friendly at all times. The SEAT we got was kept well. I find their inspection honest and thorough to avoid any problem at drop off. It was a bit different in that they request DVLA licence check, which added more time to picking up. Patrick was particularly helpful as we were having problem with our payment card. He was also very courteous throughout. The manager Cheryl had excellent people skill and was very friendly. They are only a short 10min walk from the airport. I would recommend their service.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Very friendly and helpful staff who answered questions and gave good advice. Special mention to Darren who ended the experience with a smile.
